Nicole A. Kolhagen joined the firm as the Director of Human Resources in March 2014 and is located at the Rochester Hills office. Nicole earned her Associates Degree in Accounting at Delta College in 1994. She then completed her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at Northwood University in 2002. Nicole is an experienced Human Resources professional with over 18 years of experience in the field. She most recently served as a Benefits Administrator for a local public school system where she was responsible for all benefit programs for over 500 employees. Her previous positions include Benefits Analyst, Human Resources Generalist, and Human Resource Manager. Nicole’s experience has effectively equipped her with the skills and capabilities necessary for her position at Potestivo & Associates, P.C.
