Rochester, MI – Mary K. Atallah, who joined Potestivo & Associates, P.C. in 2012, was recently promoted to Michigan Supervising Bankruptcy Attorney. In 2008, Mary graduated from Kalamazoo College with a B.A. in Economics, where she received an honors scholarship. Mary was also a four-year letter winner on Kalamazoo College’s Varsity Women’s Tennis Team. She then went on to earn her J.D. from Thomas M. Cooley Law School.

Mary has held several clerkships/internships of note, including working as a Floating Judicial Clerk at Oakland County Circuit Court and serving as an Intern for the Honorable Judge Gerald E. Rosen at the United States District Court, Eastern District of Michigan. Mary is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, the American Bar Association, and the American Bankruptcy Institute.
