Jacksonville, FL – Kimberly J. Goodell, Assistant Vice-President, Managing Attorney, was selected to moderate a panel discussion at the REOMAC Jacksonville Dinner Meeting hosted at the Omni Hotel on October 12th. The main focuss at this regional meeting was “Effective Servicing Through a Disaster” and included timely discussions regarding pre-disaster preparation and post-disaster processes in light of the recent hurricanes that have affected the U.S. this year. As the panel moderator, Kim addressed all aspects of managing business continuity during a national disaster. The panel included three leading industry representatives who exchanged views on related topics, including, preparing for natural disasters, business continuity plans, servicing through natural disasters, Best Practices in REO closings and also a discussion on current CFPB litigation.
