Farmington Hills, MI – Adam Berman, Supervising Bankruptcy Attorney, and Kristy Steffani, Associate Attorney, attended the CBA’s (Consumer Bankruptcy Association) New Rules and Model Plan Seminar held on November 1st. The afternoon seminar included interactive panel discussions with Judges, Trustees, as well as Creditor and Debtor Attorneys of the New Bankruptcy Rules and Model Plan that will take into effect on December 1, 2017. Proceeds of the event were donated to the Access to Bankruptcy Court. Our attorneys were thankful to get a chance to learn all about the new rules at this informative seminar.
