Erica Julian joined Potestivo & Associates, P.C. in 2008 and is based in the Rochester, Michigan office. She began her career at the firm as a Junior Foreclosure Coordinator. Since then she has shown her dedication and knowledge of the industry and was promoted to Pre-Foreclosure Coordinator, Assignment Coordinator, Foreclosure Lead, and Foreclosure Supervisor. She most recently served as Michigan’s Foreclosure Manager before assuming her current role as Director of Foreclosure.
Erica attended Western Michigan University, where she majored in Special Education and minored in Elementary English. Most notably, Erica made the Dean’s List from 2002 through 2005, and was a member of the Student Council for Exceptional Children from 2004 through 2006.
Erica has consistently been recognized for her hard work and dedication to the firm. Her knowledge and experience are integral to the firm’s daily operations. She views her time at Potestivo & Associates, P.C. as one of her largest professional achievements, as her experience at the firm has allowed her to learn the foreclosure process in both Michigan and Illinois from the ground up. She meticulously ensures that the guidelines of our clients, as well as the firm’s policies and procedures, are met and exceeded.
Outside of the office, Erica continues to participate in the community, including volunteering for Relay for Life and the American Red Cross Association. She is also actively involved with the Susan G. Komen Foundation, which works to find cures for breast cancer.
