Mark Talenti joined Potestivo & Associates, P.C. in February 2024. He is located in the Rochester, Michigan Office and serves as an attorney for the firm’s Foreclosure Department.
Mark brings with him over 20 years of experience involving matters of estate planning, medical malpractice, premises liability defense, SEC and Antitrust litigation work, and extensive research on several other areas of the law.
Mark graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Security Systems and Administration. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School. Mark is a member of the State Bar of Michigan.
