Qiana Rivers began her career with Potestivo & Associates, P.C. in February 2016. She is located at the firm’s Rochester office serving as an Associate Attorney in the Michigan Foreclosure Department. Qiana completed her B.A. at Marygrove College in 2006, where she was awarded Magna Cum Laude in Political Science with a 3.7 GPA. She went on to earn her J.D. and Master of Public Administration at Cleveland State University in 2011. Qiana has spent many years drafting legal documents and representing clients in bankruptcy, family law, and business law transactions. Qiana has also served as a Research Attorney for Honigman, Miller, Schwartz & Cohn. In this capacity, she researched federal statutes and prepared litigation for the firm’s international clients.
Kristy Steffani began her career with Potestivo & Associates, P.C. on February, 2016. She is located at the firm’s Rochester Hills office as an Associate Attorney. Kristy completed her B.S. at Madonna University where she majored in Paralegal Studies. She went on to earn her J.D. at Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2013, where she was a three time Dean’s Scholarship recipient. Kristy has spent over two years representing Creditors in Chapter 7 and 13 Bankruptcy proceedings and Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Trustees. Prior to this role, Kristy served as an Attorney/Partner for Foundations Legal Group PLLC.
