Megan M. Johnson joined Potestivo & Associates, P.C. in February 2004 as a Junior Foreclosure Coordinator and has since assumed the position of Quality Control/Client Relations Manager. Megan’s breadth of experience in the real estate finance and credit industry invaluably contributes to the success of our Marketing Department and our firm as a whole. She enjoys the ability to adapt to the ever-changing landscape of the default servicing industry, and she anticipates the challenges that each new day brings. Megan is continually reminding clients to never hesitate to contact her, as she is the first point of contact at the firm.

Prior to her current role, Megan served as the Director of Foreclosure Operations from July 2007 until July 2011. As Director of Foreclosure Operations, Megan handled all new foreclosure clients and established them with the office procedures, fees, and timelines. She also monitored all client report cards and ran weekly and monthly reports to ensure that the department maintained the best timelines.

Megan earned her Associates of Applied Science, Legal Assistant from Macomb Community College and went on to earn her Bachelors in Business Administration from Walsh College with a concentration in Finance. Megan served as a member in several industry groups including the Lender Processing Services (LPS) Attorney Roundtable, LPS User Group, the Clarifire Knowledge Exchange Channel and the Michigan Mortgage Lenders Association.
