Eric L. Miller joined Potestivo & Associates, P.C. in 2014. Eric serves as the firm’s Director of Information Technology. Eric is based at the firm’s Rochester, Michigan, office, but oversees all IT operations for all of the firm’s locations. Eric completed classes in Computer Science at Oakland Community College and Oakland University.
Eric possesses a broad range of professional IT experience. Most recently, he served as the IT Manager at a communications company. Prior to that, Eric worked at various companies as a Network Engineer, a Senior Technician, and a Client Services/IT Manager. Eric’s largest professional achievements include increasing the annual revenue of a managed service organization and rebuilding a subscriber network that serviced over 50,000 users.
Eric holds a variety of IT certifications including Novell, Microsoft, Cisco, and CompTIA, among others. In addition, Eric has provided consulting for several local companies in the areas of network architecture, security, and disaster recovery & business continuity.
