Clinton Township, MI – David G. Marowske, Senior Litigation Attorney, and Anthony DeClercq, Associate Attorney attended the Macomb Bench Bar Conference last week hosted at the ConCorde Inn. The event gave the attendees a chance to sit down with the Judges in an open venue environment to enjoy a question and answer session and learn more about them. The Judges that were highlighted at the event were Judge Ed Servitto, Judge Kathryn Viviano, and Judge James Biernat, Jr. The main points of discussion included the civil docket and how different situations that arise are handled by each judge within their own courtrooms. The conference also allowed attendees to interact with all different Judges during lunch as well as during the networking hour towards the end of the event. It was a great day to meet new faces and be educated about the current issues happening in today’s Macomb County courtrooms.
