The MBA is a mortgage servicing and regulatory compliance industry leader. This conference provided timely topics during this 4-day event, including the impact of technology and emerging innovation, regulatory updates and considerations, and the future of loss mitigation. Brian A. Potestivo founded Potestivo & Associates, P.C. in 1990. The firm focuses on understanding the goals and business objectives of his clients. With an entrepreneurial spirit and his client’s best interests always in mind, the firm has grown from a single person practice to a one hundred plus person organization with three offices in two states. He continues to mentor and instruct team members, keeping them motivated and informed while improving job performance and satisfaction.
Michael Woods joined Potestivo & Associates, P.C. in 2006, and is the Supervising Attorney of the Foreclosure and Loss Mitigation Departments. He assists in a variety of matters, including: reinstatement quotes, redemption calculations, deeds in lieu of foreclosure, affidavits of abandonment, waivers of redemption, and quitclaim deeds. Michael has learned that superior results can be effectively achieved through direct communication with our clients and their borrowers, helping to reduce the costs associated with the foreclosure and loss mitigation processes for both parties.
Dawn M. Burdick joined Potestivo & Associates, P.C. in January 2011 as a Client Relations Assistant and has since taken an active role as Marketing Manager where she is responsible for the firm’s marketing and client relations efforts. She brings a wealth of experience to her role with a background in the real estate industry, client relations, and marketing fields. Prior to joining the firm, Dawn Burdick served as the Account Manager at a prominent automotive company where she was responsible for marketing and training. She has held a real estate license in the state of Michigan and has prestigiously earned numerous industry-related awards since 2005.
Megan M. Johnson joined Potestivo & Associates, P.C. in February 2004 as a Junior Foreclosure Coordinator and has since assumed the position of Quality Control/Client Relations Manager. Megan’s breadth of experience in the real estate finance and credit industry invaluably contributes to the success of our Marketing Department and our firm as a whole. She enjoys the ability to adapt to the ever-changing landscape of the default servicing industry, and she anticipates the challenges that each new day brings. Megan is continually reminding clients to never hesitate to contact her, as she is the first point of contact at the firm.
