Rochester, MI – Kyle M. Seay, Supervising Landlord / Tenant Attorney and Mary K. Atallah, Associate Attorney, attended the Oakland County Bar Association (OCBA) Meet the Judges Party on Thursday, May 19th in Troy, MI. This was a great opportunity to meet and network with fellow lawyers, judges and distinguished guests of the State of Michigan and Oakland County. There were judges from many courts, including all Oakland County District Courts, Michigan Supreme Court, and Sixth Judicial Circuit Court. Kyle M. Seay began his career at Potestivo & Associates, P.C. as a law clerk in the firm’s Litigation Department. His extensive legal research and writing skills allowed him to meet the firm’s extremely high standards in the many facets of civil litigation. After passing the bar, Kyle joined the firm’s Landlord/Tenant Department where he has found his niche representing clients in landlord/tenant and judicial foreclosure cases. He currently serves as the Landlord/Tenant Department’s Supervising Attorney.
Mary K. Atallah joined Potestivo & Associates, P.C, in January 2012. Mary works at the firm’s Rochester Hills office and serves as Associate Attorney in the Landlord/Tenant, Bankruptcy and the Litigation department(s). Mary graduated from Kalamazoo College with a B.A. in Economics, where she received an honors scholarship. Mary was also a four-year letter winner on Kalamazoo College’s Varsity Women’s Tennis Team. She then went on to earn her J.D. from Thomas M. Cooley Law School.
