Keith H. Werwas joined the firm’s Chicago, Illinois Office in April 2009 and was recently promoted to Assistant Vice President – Managing Attorney. Keith works with all aspects of default servicing, including foreclosures, bankruptcies, landlord/tenant, title resolution, loss mitigation/home retention, REO disposition, and litigation. Prior to joining Potestivo & Associates, Keith served as a Senior Managing Litigation Associate with a prominent Chicago firm. He was responsible for three mortgage/real estate clients, handling cases through all stages of litigation, including trials and post-judgment proceedings. He was also very involved with the creation and implementation of firm standards in business operations, client relation services, and compliance department procedures.
