Amy A. Kalarickal initially joined Potestivo & Associates in September 2001 after completing her undergraduate studies at Michigan State University, earning two Bachelor of Arts degrees in International Relations and General Business Administration Pre-Law.  She began her career as a Foreclosure Coordinator learning all aspects of foreclosures and title resolution from the ground up.  After honing her knowledge and skills in default servicing, Amy A. Kalarickal attended Wayne State University Law School where she earned her Juris Doctorate degree.  In November 2006, she became a Default Servicing Attorney and shortly thereafter moved to Illinois to open and manage Potestivo & Associates – Chicago.  In July 2009, Amy returned to Rochester Hills and now serves as Vice President and Managing Attorney for Illinois Default Servicing. 

Amy A. Kalarickal is a licensed attorney in both Michigan and Illinois, and also appears in U.S. District courts and U.S. Bankruptcy courts in both states. Amy A. Kalarickal takes an active role in ensuring clients are up to date with federal regulatory compliance and has traveled the country to assist clients with their compliance with the provisions of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.  Amy’s continual drive for excellence demonstrates itself in legal services which exceed client expectations.
