ROCHESTER HILLS, Mich., June 17, 2010 - Potestivo & Associates, P.C., an award-winning legal services provider to the default servicing industry, is pleased to announce the hiring of new Associate Attorney, Kenneth A. Slusser.  Brian A. Potestivo, president and founder, made the announcement. Ken joins the firm’s growing Rochester Hills, Michigan group of attorneys and will represent clients in the Litigation department.

Ken earned his Bachelor of Science from Eastern Michigan University, where he majored in Political Science and minored in History. He then went on earn his J.D. from Wayne State University.

Prior to joining Potestivo & Associates, Ken was an attorney and member of the Board of Directors at Johnson, Rosati, LaBarge, Asseltyne & Field in Farmington Hills who he was with since 1993.
