November 2009, Potestivo & Associates hires new associate attorney, Paul Poles, who previously held a law clerk position within the firm.
ROCHESTER HILLS, Mich., November 5, 2009 - Potestivo & Associates, P.C., an award-winning legal services provider to the default servicing industry, is pleased to announce the hiring of a new associate attorney, Paul Poles. Brian A. Potestivo, president and founder, made the announcement. Paul Poles joins the firm’s growing Rochester Hills, Michigan group of attorneys and will represent clients in litigation.

Paul Poles graduated Magna Cum Laude from Wayne State University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. He then went on to attend law school at the University of Detroit Mercy. While in law school, he concentrated his studies in real estate law and business law, and received a Book Award for his academic achievements in Evidence.
Before joining Potestivo & Associates, Paul worked at a title and appraisal company for seven years and also held an externship at the Wayne County Prosecutor’s Office in the Asset Forfeiture Unit.
