November 2009, Potestivo & Associates hires new associate attorney, Summer E. Gary, who previously held a law clerk position within the firm.
ROCHESTER HILLS, Mich., November 5, 2009 - Potestivo & Associates, P.C., an award-winning legal services provider to the default servicing industry, is pleased to announce the hiring of a new associate attorney, Summer E. Gary. Brian A. Potestivo, president and founder, made the announcement. Summer Gary joins the firm’s growing Rochester Hills, Michigan group of attorneys and will represent clients in foreclosure and loss mitigation.

Summer Gary earned her Bachelor of Arts at Miami University with a double major in Political Science and Women’s Studies. Summer then went on to make the Dean’s List at Capital University Law School with concentrations in Alternative Dispute Resolution and Criminal Litigation. She was also President of the Christian Legal Society and served on the Student Advisory Board for career services.
Summer also held two legal internships at the Ohio Attorney General’s Office and an externship in the Capital University Legal Clinic.
