September 2009, Potestivo & Associates hires two new Mediation Specialists to expand the firm’s Home Retention Services practice area in response to Michigan’s recent changes to foreclosure law.

ROCHESTER HILLS, Mich., September 11, 2009 - Potestivo & Associates, P.C., an award-winning legal services provider to the default servicing industry, is pleased to announce the hiring of two new Mediation Specialists, Summer E. Gary and Paul Poles.  Brian A. Potestivo, president and founder, made the announcement.  Summer and Paul join the firm’s growing Home Retention Services area.

Summer Gary is a graduate of Capital University Law School and served as a legal intern at the Ohio Attorney General’s Office.  Paul Poles earned his BS in Business Administration from Wayne State University and went on to graduate from The University of Detroit Mercy School of Law.
