Potestivo & Associates, P.C. Hires Associate Attorney
January 2009, Potestivo & Associates hires new associate attorney, Kyle M. Seay, who previously held law clerk position within the firm.

Rochester Hills, Mich. February 16, 2009 - Potestivo & Associates, P.C., an award-winning legal services provider to the default servicing industry, is pleased to announce the hiring of Kyle M. Seay.  Brian A. Potestivo, president and owner, made the announcement.  Seay joins the firm’s Default Servicing Department, specializing in the Landlord / Tenant practice area. 

“We are very excited to offer the Associate Attorney position to Kyle,” said Mr. Potestivo, “it was evident during his tenure here as a law clerk that he would be a valuable addition to our team of Associate Attorneys.”

After graduating from Michigan State University in 2002, Seay relocated to San Diego, California where he attended the Thomas Jefferson School of Law.  During his tenure there, Seay completed two successful judicial clerkships which included the office of then Chief Macomb County Circuit Judge, Antonio P. Viviano.  In the summer of 2004 Seay participated in a study abroad program, hosted by the Thomas Jefferson School of Law and Hofstra Law schools.  In this program, he studied under United States Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg at the University of Nice Law School in Nice, France.

After graduating from law school in 2006 Seay left the legal field to gain relevant business experience in a management position at the Detroit-based DMC Service Group.  Deciding to return to the practice and study of law in 2008, Seay found a home at Potestivo & Associates, P.C.  As a law clerk, Seay’s extensive legal research and writing skills allowed him to meet Potestivo & Associates. P.C.’s extremely high standards in the many facets of civil litigation.
