December 15, 2008 - Potestivo & Associates, P.C., an award-winning legal services provider to the default servicing industry, is pleased to announce the firm’s appointment as the Lender Processing Services’ (LPS) Attorney Roundtable representative for the American Legal & Financial Network (AFN) for 2009.

The Attorney Roundtable Program provides a method for LPS to work in conjunction with its network of law firms throughout the country on process improvements and procedural changes to streamline default management practices at both state and nationwide levels.  Roundtable members are selected to represent the interests of all attorneys in the LPS network; members not only communicate LPS initiatives to the network, but they also assist in decisions regarding the direction of LPS operations and obtain and impart feedback on behalf of the attorney network.
