Potestivo & Associates handles non-judicial and judicial foreclosures for both residential and commercial properties.  For non-judicial foreclosures, we immediately begin publication or take the steps necessary to obtain, draft, and record any missing documentation needed to start the publication.  If a judicial foreclosure is required, we manage the entire proceeding from the summons and complaint through the foreclosure sale.
