At Potestivo & Associates, P.C., we believe that outstanding work opportunities produce the best employees. New employees are given the flexibility to explore our firm and develop their own strengths and areas of interests while receiving a broad exposure to the firm's unique practice areas and staff. We do not follow a practice area rotation or assignment schedule. Our employees are allowed to challenge themselves with real work and the opportunity for client contact from day one.

New employees typically are placed in a departmental team that includes employees with similar interests and backgrounds as mentors. The firm maintains a collegial, open-door environment in order to foster close working relationships among all classifications of employees, which we believe is the best way to promote an 'enjoyable and productive' atmosphere.

The firm also offers periodic, in-house educational programs to discuss new issues, procedures or rulings impacting our work and our clients. We also host annual retreats focused upon continuing legal education in specific practice areas and in the business of legal practice.
