Potestivo & Associates, P.C. is pleased to announce that Alexander Potestivo has been promoted to the role of Supervising Attorney. In his new capacity, he will continue to serve and represent our law firm out of our Chicago, Illinois office.
Alexander first joined Potestivo & Associates, P.C. in 2017, as an Associate Attorney for the Foreclosure Department at the firm’s Chicago office. Prior to joining the firm, he served as a judicial intern for the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Michigan, and he also served as a law clerk for the firm. Alexander graduated with his B.A. in Political Theory and Constitutional Democracy from the James Madison College at Michigan State University, and then went on to obtain his J.D. at Loyola University Chicago School of Law.
